Paper Submission

Before You Submit

The paper should be in the format strictly specified on the conference website. Only Author(s) of the selected papers will get the intimation about whose articles will be accepted for publication. Kindly do not submit the paper multiple times; it may lead to cancellation of an article/paper.

NOTE: ALL PAPERS WILL BE CHECKED WITH ADVANCED PLAGIARISM DETECTION TOOLS LIKE TURNITIN OR iTHENTINCATE

Catagory-wise Fee Details

It is mandatory that at least one author of each accepted paper register for the conference paper.

Important Note

  • - Participants are requested to bear all bank transaction and processing charges during the payment process.
  • - After completing the registration payment, participants must fill in and submit the Registration Form.
  • - All accepted and registered research papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
  • - Registered participants are requested to inform the organizing committee immediately after successful registration confirmation.
  • - Registration fees do not include accommodation, food, or travel expenses. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of registration by an author or participant, the registration fee paid will not be fully refunded. Any eligible refund will be processed only after deducting applicable administrative charges and bank transaction charges, which must be borne by the registrant.Please note that no refund will be provided once the paper has been scheduled for presentation in the conference technical sessions. Authors and participants are therefore requested to complete the registration process carefully before making the payment.

FEE INCLUSIONS

Author/ Co-Author Registration Fee includes:

  • - Conference participation for the technical sessions and presentations
  • - Publication of the accepted research paper in the conference proceedings
  • - Participation in the complete technical program of the conference
  • - Certificates for the Author and Co-Author (maximum of two certificates only)
  • - Eligibility to participate in the Conference Award Ceremony
  • - Softcopy of the Conference Proceedings

DOs and DON'Ts

DOs

  • - Submit only original and unpublished research papers related to the conference themes and tracks.
  • - Ensure that the manuscript is prepared ethically and reflects genuine research work carried out by the authors.
  • - Submit the paper in .doc / .docx format by using the official Sample Paper Template available on the conference website.
  • - Properly cite all references, figures, tables, and datasets used in the paper.
  • - Check the plagiarism percentage before submission and make sure the manuscript follows the conference plagiarism policy.
  • - Carefully read all conference guidelines, rules, and important instructions before submitting the paper.
  • - Keep track of important dates from the conference website and submit the paper before the deadline.
  • - Complete the registration process within the specified registration period if the paper is accepted.
  • - Use only the official conference website and official conference email ID for communication and updates.
  • - Regularly check your registered email ID and mobile number for conference notifications and updates.
  • - Request the official Conference Schedule from the conference coordinator only after the registration process is completed.

DON'Ts

  • - Do not submit papers containing high plagiarism, copied content, or manipulated research data. Such papers will be rejected immediately.
  • - Do not submit research articles fully generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools without proper author contribution, verification, and validation.
  • - Do not include fake references, fabricated results, manipulated figures, or misleading experimental outcomes in the manuscript.
  • - Do not submit papers that are already published or under review in any other conference or journal.
  • - Do not use inappropriate, offensive, political, religious, or controversial images and content in the paper or presentation.
  • - Do not book travel or accommodation before receiving the official Conference Schedule email from the conference coordinator. The organizers will not be responsible for any financial loss due to schedule changes.
  • - Do not arrive at the venue much earlier than the reporting time mentioned in the conference schedule.
  • - Do not treat the payment acknowledgment from the payment gateway as the final confirmation of registration.
  • - Wait for the official Conference Schedule email after successful registration and final confirmation from the conference team.
